Quality Control
Product quality control is vita in the rolling mill. There are many quality control procedures
- Tensile test
- Dimension SPC control
- Weight per meter SPC control
- Rib height SPC control
- Defect detection SPC control
This module enables the operator to record the sample data against the cast and provides the trend monitoring chart to help the operator to control the quality.
The sample results will be reviewed and released by the QA department before the product is released into the stock.
