Bundling Instruction (Stacker)
The stacker module is used to help the operator to control the bundle stacking process. It provides the bundling information such as number of bars per bundle, minimum or maximum bundle weight and the strapping type etc.
Bundle/Coil Weighing and Ticketing
This module is responsible to track and record the bundle or coil formed. Each bundle/coil is recorded against the schedule. The weight is taken from the weighing system automatically. A unique barcode number is generated for each bundle/coil to provide the identification.
It also displays and confirms the warehouse locations where the bundle or coil is stored.
The barcode ticket can be printed automatically on line with all the necessary information on the ticket that includes logo, size, cast number, quality, length, weight, barcode and date time etc.
