SAP Interface
The Rolling MES is a very powerful tool for the rolling mill operation. Not only it tracks the rolling process but also collects large amount production data from the shop floor such as material quantity, quality, warehouse locations, operation performance and various material and energy consumptions. The information is very important to the corporate business as whole in particular commercial, finance and transport departments.
The SAP interface module is aimed to link the MES and SAP seamlessly. SAP can download the rolling schedule and rolling orders to the MES system with the detailed rolling instruction and at the meanwhile, the MES can upload the daily production data as soon as it is produced.
