Stand Build up
The stand build application creates the stand build up program based on the rolling program, product setup sheet chosen. It can identify the stands used in the mill and show the plans which the stands will be used for each rolling.
It will also display the stand changes for each product. Other information such as roll pair, loopers, troughs and guides can also be displayed by the drill down functions.
This module integrates the information from the rolling program, product setup sheet and roll tracking module to enable the planner to manage the stand build up program very efficiently.
