Product Setup
A product may be produced by one or more mill configuration. This is called rolling line. The rolling line is configured by stands, rolls, passes, motor gear ratio, loopers, troughs, roll gap and entry and delivery guides.
This configuration is achieved by the Product Setup Sheet application.
Combined with the Rolling Program, the Product Setup Sheet can produce the planning requirement for Roll Shop, Stand Build, Looper and Trough maintenance and Guide Shop.
