Shift Report
The shift report is generated by the shift manager, foreman and engineers. It will record the major production activities from different production sections such as Safety, Rolling crew, Quality, Yield, Finishing end, environment and maintenance etc. in the duration of the shift.
It is the important communication tool between ths shifts and management. The shift report can be viewed as soon as it is created by anyone at anywhere. Some managers even check the report at home before coming to the office.
